Jamy Salazar, owner and principal consultant at 5 Leaf Leadership Consulting, LLC, leverages over two decades of diverse, global experience as a Human Resources leader and practitioner to guide companies through complex challenges, enhancing leadership effectiveness and organizational performance. Prior to establishing 5 Leaf, she held key leadership positions at companies including ecoATM, DJO, and Illumina, steering them through phases of rapid transformation and significant growth. Known for her innovative HR strategies, Jamy is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency, and cultivating workplace cultures that prioritize leadership development and employee engagement. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Arizona, an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a certified trainer for multiple leadership development programs.
